Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a dedicated team of family violence team leaders and case managers across a number of programs, ensuring the provision of quality service delivery in case management support, information, resources, advocacy and referral for women and children.

You will lead a dedicated team of family violence case managers, providing professional supervision and ensuring the highest quality service including around case management, intake, risk assessment, crisis and court support, CALD project, and housing programs. You will also manage a small case load.

Based in Colac with 1 day in Geelong, you will provide specialist gender informed counselling to children, young people and adults who have experienced sexual assault or family violence and also provide counselling to non-offending family and friends.
