Sleeping Well

Many people who experience trauma report problems with their sleep, including nightmares, constant waking, insomnia or waking feeling unrefreshed.  The Sleeping Well session will focus on the way trauma can impact our sleep and what we can do about it.  We’ll discuss the importance of good sleep, the issues most commonly noticed after trauma, and most importantly what we can actively do to get a better night’s rest including some practical techniques to try at home.
